The Trekit App is the first Geo-history app in the country & is about to change the way the world sees Nigerian cultural history. Its major aim is to promote History,Culture,Tourism and Art through interactive efforts targeted at multi-audiences within and outside the country.
The App is aided with a GPS system that can tell the movement of a user from point A-B. While on the go, the app shows the user all necessary information about Historical and Cultural landmarks within a state; leveraging state to state tour and providing information about Nigeria history and culture with engaging illustrations and relevant images where applicable.
The App gives informative insight to the history of this great country as user moves from state to state educating and informing the user on the richness of our history as Nigerians. The Initial first phase of the App focuses on the state to state information while the second phase focuses on the development of Information within the state.
